Karate lesson, self defence
I am also able to provide karate training, including self-defence courses, which include overall mobility and flexibility of the body, which is an integral part of this sport. Like any exercise, karate training requires discipline, diligence and patience.
The workouts also include mobility training, which is equally important when exercising in or out of the gym. Maximum joint mobility is essential to maintain proper technique whether you are working out in the gym, outdoors, or practicing karate.
